Award for GEI researcher

Thomas Strobel, a researcher at the Georg Eckert Institute achieved second place in the graduate thesis category of the competition for the academic research prize awarded by the Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Hamburg on 16 January 2015. This prize honours outstanding graduate and master’s theses from the humanities and social sciences which examine Polish history and culture as well as German-Polish relations.
