New Collaboration with the CELL Foundation

The combined expertise of the Georg Eckert Institute and the CELL Foundation will help us to recognise stereotypes in textbooks and to study their influence on conflicts and violence. On the level of educational policy, the common goal of this cooperation is to reduce stereotypes in textbooks and work towards an international agreement in this area. The two institutions are planning joint workshops and conferences with experts and decision-makers from the areas of research, policy and educational practice, as well as activities and events related to textbooks, an exchange of relevant research findings and the expansion of our international network.
