The Georg Eckert Institute’s book series presents research results on educational media in their socio-cultural context from a systematic, historical and comparative perspective. The latest volume is ‘Between Economics and Ecology? The Transformation of Spatial Structure, Spatial Planning and Conflicts over Land Use in Germany and Poland’. This volume, which was edited by Georg Stöber, is the 130th in the series.

Our brochure Eckert. Das Bulletin appears twice a year and aims to present the events taking place in our institute. We wish to inform you of the work done in our various research areas and interdisciplinary projects.
Published at irregular intervals, the brochure focuses on selected topics of special interest.
For the summer edition, for instance, a group of colleagues analysed “Conflicts after Conflicts”. The current issue and all others are available in full at the institute and online.
