Bianca Pramann
Bianca Pramann has worked at the Leibniz Institute for Educational Media | Georg Eckert Institute since 2012. Between March 2012 and June 2014 she worked for the GEI as a research assistant in the DFG Project ‘Promoting outstanding research libraries’. From July 2014 to July 2015 she worked in the Digital Information and Research Infrastructuresdepartment (DIRI) as a research archivist and was responsible for the Edumeres module Edu.data.
Since July 2015 Bianca Pramann has been responsible for Pure, the research infrastructure system, and for reporting. She was also appointed the Institute’s research data officer in January 2020 with responsibility for designing and implementing an effective research data management system.
Bianca Pramann studied English, American and Romance studies at the universities of Potsdam and Bangor. After graduating she trained as an academic librarian at the University Library of Braunschweig from 2004 to 2006. Upon completion of her training she worked as an academic assistant in the university library until the end of 2011.
